Do you clean high-rise apartments and condos?
Yes — high-rise and luxury apartment homes are our specialty. When you book, we capture your building's access details (garage, elevator, concierge, gate codes) and your team follows them to the letter.
What areas of Dallas do you serve?
We serve Uptown, Victory Park, Knox-Henderson, Highland Park, Oak Lawn, and Downtown Dallas — zip codes 75201–75208, 75219, 75231, and 75235. Use the zip checker on our homepage to confirm your address.
Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
No — most of our clients aren't. Add your access instructions at booking (concierge desk, key fob, lockbox, or gate code) and we'll handle the rest.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped with everything needed. Prefer we use your own supplies? We offer a discounted rate.
How does payment work?
No payment is due when you request a booking. We review your request within 24 hours, then send a secure link for a $50 deposit to lock in your slot. The remaining balance is collected after your cleaning is complete.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right — every single time. That's our satisfaction guarantee.
Can I book a weekend cleaning?
Yes — Saturday and Sunday slots are available with a $50 after-hours convenience fee, subject to team availability.
Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
Yes — recurring-service discounts apply per visit: Every 4 Weeks saves $10/visit, Bi-Weekly saves $20/visit, and Weekly saves $30/visit. Move-out Cleans are one-time and not discounted.
