Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Klean Sweep Home Cleaning website or booking our services. By accessing our site or scheduling a cleaning, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking a cleaning service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Klean Sweep Home Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in the Dallas, Texas area, including Basic Clean, Detail Clean, and Move-Out / Move-In cleaning services, as well as optional add-on services.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including in cases where safety concerns or conduct make it unreasonable to proceed.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Klean Sweep. We will notify you promptly upon approval of your booking request.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service cost.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service or as specified at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings.
Prices are subject to change. The quoted price at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment. Additional charges may apply for homes that significantly exceed the described size or condition.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction arising from pre-existing conditions or items damaged prior to our arrival.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing our team with safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring that access codes, keys, or other entry methods are available and communicated in advance.
If our team is unable to access your home at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide excellent service, Klean Sweep is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are fragile, improperly secured, or not disclosed prior to service.
In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will work in good faith to address the issue appropriately.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
